The Roaring Fork Young Professionals will be hosting a Mini Debate  between the Garfield County Commissioner Candidates. Tresi Houpt (D, incumbent) & Tom Jankovsky (R) with a brief  Q & A to follow.

Please join the Roaring Fork Young Professionals for the September meeting at 6:00 in Glenwood Springs at the U.S. Bank building at 1901 Grand Avenue.  This month Tresi Houpt and Tom Jankovsky, the democratic and republican candidates for Garfield County Commissioner, will speak and respond to questions from the RFYPs.  Members and non-members are welcome.  There will be a social afterward at 7:00.

Join us at the U.S. Bank building in Glenwood Springs at 1901 Grand Avenue for the August meeting from 6:00 to 7:00.  Our speakers will be the candidates for Garfield County Sheriff.  The Members will have a short business meeting, then the candidates will speak and field questions from the members.  Don’t miss this opportunity to get to know your local Sheriff.

Every Friday night in August, the Roaring Fork Young Professionals hosts Friday Night Flicks, an event that allows families and friends to enjoy a movie under the stars at Two Rivers Park in Glenwood Springs.  Movies start at dusk.

Event Details: This month the Roaring Fork Young Professionals will be host a “speed networking” session at Loyal Brothers.  Loyal Brothers will have drink specials and the YPs will provide light appetizers.  So throw your card in to the game and join the mix and mingle!

Join the Roaring Fork Young Professionals for the afternoon and evening  of Golf and BBQ on the beautiful hills of Lakota Canyon Ranch.  Lakota has made us deal of $35 for 9 holes.  We play a game of best ball golf, so no experience required.  We’ll follow up this righteous game with a $10 BBQ hosted by Jeff Peterson and Dana Irwin.
