Come Celebrate the New Year with the Second Annual Roaring Fork Young Professionals Gala

This event will include a French wine tasting with Josh Whittaker of Southern wine and Spirits, and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Cash bar for all other cocktails. Attire is business casual.

$25 for Roaring Fork Young Professional (RFYP) members

$35 for non-members.

*Those wishing to become RFYP members can pay $45 to cover admission to the Gala and dues for the upcoming year. Dues are payable by cash or check only, but the dinner and wine tasting is payable by MasterCard, Visa or cash.

This year the RFYPs are collecting items for a care package to send to local troops who are serving overseas.  We suggest non perishable travel food items, travel toiletires, magazines, coffee, batteries, etc…

Williams Natural Gas Rig Tour

As we continue to expand our  community awareness in fun and active ways, the RFYP’s have schedule a tour with Williams. The Natural Gas Rig we will be touring is down towards Parachute, Colorado.  Donna Gray, Williams Public Relations, suggests we meet at the Rifle Rest Stop at 10 am Saturday, Oct 24th, and car-pool with her from there. The whole tour will take approximately 2 hours. I listed 3 hours since most of us will be starting in Glenwood. Items on the tour:

  • High Efficiency Rig Capable of drilling 22 wells from one pad.
  • A Centralized Frac’ing Pad
  • Gas Processing Plan

Warm clothes are recommended and closed toed shoes.
