3. Attendance policies—if you come to two meetings, you are a member and owe dues
4. Amping up the web-site— use that as a way to bring in additional revenue—do member versus non-member pricing

Guidelines: Money is to be used for operating expenses, seed money for revenue streams, marketing materials, venue rental for events, community projects.
