Introductions
Guest Speaker: Sherry Martinez Project Manager for CMC Customized Business Services

We discussed how CMC- CBS could help individual RFYP member with professional development and expand specific skills. We also discussed how CBS could assist RFYP host or sponsor special workshop or customized group classes, ie customer service, blogging, as benefit to our members.
We also discussed how RFYP members could assist the CBS with their professional skill sets as well.

Created the Slate of Offices
Discussion for Slate Proposed slate with some need to confirm acceptance of nominations:
President: Chad Lee Nominated
VP (General): Sara Peuschold Nominated (This would be a new position to the By-Laws)
VP Membership: Ryan Zwelling & Jay McGlade were both nominated
VP Social: Derron Cloud – agrees to continue
VP Technology: Solomon Liston – agrees to continue
Secretary/ Treasurer: Jamin Heady-Smith – agrees to continue

Suggested we have a booth at the Chamber Ball
Social Events
Derron offered to host the RFYP Holiday Party in January at Aspen Glen again.
Ideas for a sledding party in the early spring.
Jeff offered to host the Golf Game again in the summer.
Solomon review Williams Natural Gas Rig Tour and will move forward on setting up more energy tours for spring and summer, including another Natural Gas Rig Tour, Excel’s Shoshone Hydro plant and their Wind generator plant outside Fort Collins.
Philanthropy
Bryan suggested Melissa will most likely be coordinating one more Habitat for Humanity to finish the house they group has been working on.
Angle Giving Tree/ Salvation Army, someone will bring some to the next meeting
Various other families were acknowledged who could use support.

Solomon will create a password protected page with the Flickr account login so member can post pictures of RFYP events.
